- All payments are due as per the terms stated in the invoice
- Late payments may incur a penalty or delay in service

- Intellectual Property

- All original work created by BlueCubes remains our intellectual property until full payment is received

- The laws of Pakistan for local clients
- The laws of England & Wales for clients based in the UK
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore (Pakistan) or London (UK), as applicable.
